Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (13+ only)
LastLine is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. You must be at least 13 to create an account and to use interactive features (for example, submitting content, commenting, liking, reporting, or saving content).
If you are under 13, do not use the service and do not provide personal information to LastLine.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to LastLine, email support@last-line.org and we will help delete it.
2. Using the service
By using LastLine, you agree to follow applicable laws and our Community Guidelines.
3. User content & license
- By submitting content to LastLine, you grant LastLine a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content.
- This license includes the right to use content for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including (but not limited to) publication on websites and social platforms, marketing, merchandise (such as printed products), and audiovisual or AI-generated media.
- You acknowledge that content may be reformatted, narrated, illustrated, or otherwise transformed, provided its meaning is not materially altered.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Copyright & takedowns
If you believe content on LastLine infringes your copyright, or if you are the author and want a piece removed, email support@last-line.org with:
- Your name (or handle)
- A link to the content on LastLine
- A short explanation of the issue
- Any proof of authorship/rights you can provide
5. Moderation
Some content may be held for review. We may remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our guidelines.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or for downtime and technical failures.
